EXCHANGE / RETURN / CANCELLATION / REFUND


BEFORE YOU EXCHANGE OR RETURN A TINTSR.COM PRODUCT, PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO UNDERSTAND HOW OUR PRODUCTS ARE MADE.


ALL OUR PRODUCTS ARE HANDCRAFTED BY OUR EXPERT TRADITIONAL ARTISANS, RESULTING IN EACH PRODUCT BEING UNIQUE AND SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM EACH OTHER.


LET'S NOT THINK OF AN IRREGULAR KNOT OR A STITCH AS A DEFECT. HANDCRAFT BY DEFINITION MEANS A GLORIOUS UNCERTAINTY WHEN IT COMES TO UNIFORMITY.


AT TINTSR.COM WE STAND BEHIND THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND WE WILL EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE FOR ANY REASON.


PRODUCTS ONCE SOLD AND DELIVERED CAN BE EXCHANGED, RETURNED, CANCELLED OR REFUNDED ONLY AS PER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS MENTIONED IN THE POLICY HEREIN. 


EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY


WE OFFER OUR CUSTOMERS A SIMPLE, HASSLE-FREE, EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY. OUR CUSTOMERS ARE VALUED NOT ONLY AT THE TIME OF SALE BUT ALSO THROUGH THE SUBSEQUENT STAGES OF EXCHANGES OR RETURN OUR POLICY IS THOUGHTFULLY DESIGNED TO EASE UP THE PROCESS, SAVE TIME AND MAKE YOU FEEL REASSURED ABOUT YOUR ORDER.


1.    PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGE OR RETURN FACILITY OUTSIDE INDIA.


2.    YOU (THE CUSTOMER) WILL NEED TO SEND IT / DISPATCH IT BACK TO US ON OUR ADDRESS IN MUMBAI (MAHARASHTRA, INDIA)


3.    PLEASE MENTION YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT LINE TO HELP US QUICKLY PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGES.


4.    SHIPPING CHARGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING COSTS TO SEND BACK THE PRODUCT TO BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED


5.    PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE RETURNED MERCHANDIZE FOR EXCHANGE/RETURN IS UNUSED, UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED AND IS IN A SALEABLE CONDITION.


6.    WE REQUEST YOU TO MAINTAIN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING OF THE ITEMS TO BE RETURNED, INCLUDING THE TINTSR.COM AND ITS BRAND TAGS AND LOGOS.


7.    PLEASE ENSURE THAT ALL THE RETURNED ITEMS ARE PACKED & DISPATCHED SECURELY AND SAFELY TO PREVENT ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT.


8.    AFTER THE RECEIPT OF ITEM(S), YOUR REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN WOULD BE PROCESSED.


EXCHANGE OR RETURN WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES: 


1.    IN CASE OF MINOR DESIGN AND COLOUR VARIATIONS AS ITS INHERENT WITH HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS. WITH HANDCRAFTED PRODUCTS AND ITS HANDLOOM RELATED ACCESSORIES THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SOME VARIATION BETWEEN PRODUCTS. FOR MORE DETAILS ON THE SAME, PLS REFER OUR DETAILED “DISCLAIMER POLICY”.


2.    INCORRECT OR OUTDATED DELIVERY ADDRESS.


3.    INCORRECT ADDRESS FORMAT INCLUDING ANY FORM OF A PO BOX ADDRESS.


4.    AFTER 3 FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS BY THE COURIER.


5.    PRODUCTS RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.


EXCHANGE - TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1.      YOU CAN REQUEST US ON EMAIL AT TINTSR5@GMAIL.COM TO EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT WITHIN 7 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY (BOTH DAYS INCLUSIVE). AN “EXCHANGE FORM” SHOULD BE COMPLETED AND ATTACHED ON THE EMAIL AS WELL AS SENT ALONG WITH THE PRODUCT.


2.      THE NEW PRODUCT CHOSEN IN LIEU OF THE EXCHANGED PRODUCT SHOULD BE OF AT LEAST THE SAME VALUE OR ABOVE.


3.      SHIPPING CHARGES FOR THE EXCHANGED PRODUCT WILL BE CHARGED AGAIN AS PER THE EXISTING/PREVALENT RATES MENTIONED IN THE “SHIPPING & DELIVERY” CHARGES MENTIONED HEREIN.


4.      IN THE CASE OF EXCHANGES, YOUR NEW ORDER WILL BE DISPATCHED TO YOU WITHIN EXISTING/PREVALENT TIMELINES MENTIONED IN THE “SHIPPING & DELIVERY” HEREIN AFTER WE RECEIVE THE EARLIER SHIPMENT.


RETURN - TERMS AND CONDITIONS


ONLY DEFECTIVE, WRONG PRODUCT AND WRONG SIZE ITEM CAN BE RETURNED. THE SAME WILL HAVE TO BE SUPPORTED BY THE DETAILS INCLUDING PICTURES OF THE DELIVERED PRODUCT ON EMAIL MENTIONING HOW THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE, IS A WRONG PRODUCT OR IS OF WRONG SIZE OTHER THAN THAT MENTIONED IN THE ORDER PLACED WHILE BUYING THE SAME. THE SAME WILL THEN BE VERIFIED, PERUSED AND APPROVED BY US ON EMAIL.


UPON RECEIVING THE SAID RETURNED PRODUCT, WE SHALL EXAMINE IT ON LINES OF DEFECTS DESCRIBED AND PICTURES SENT ON EMAIL. THE RETURN APPROVAL ACCORDED ON EMAIL, MIGHT BE REVOKED BY US IF WE DON’T FIND THE PRODUCT AS PER THE DEFECT DESCRIBED IN EMAIL OR IF THE RETURNED PRODUCT IS NOT IN SALEABLE CONDITION.


IF WE APPROVE YOUR EMAIL REQUEST TO RETURN THE PRODUCT TO US, THE SAME WOULD BE ACCEPTED ONLY IN ACCORDANCE TO FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:


1.    WE RECEIVE THE EMAIL COMPLAINT WITH REGARD TO DEFECT OR WRONG PRODUCT OR WRONG SIZE IN 2 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY (BOTH DAYS INCLUSIVE). NO COMPLAINT WILL BE ENTERTAINED POST THIS STIPULATED TIME PERIOD.


2.    YOU CAN REQUEST US ON EMAIL AT CONTACT@TINTSR.COM. A RETURN FORM SHOULD BE COMPLETED AND ATTACHED ON THE EMAIL AS WELL AS SENT ALONG WITH THE PRODUCT.


3.    WE SHOULD RECEIVE THE PRODUCT TO BE RETURNED BACK IN 5 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF APPROVAL OF YOUR RETURN REQUEST.


4.    IF THE RETURN REQUEST ON EMAIL IS NOT APPROVED BY US OR IF WE REVOKE IT AFTER EXAMINATION OF THE RETURNED PRODUCT, YOU STILL HAVE AN OPTION TO GET IT EXCHANGED IN NEXT 7 DAYS FROM THE DAY OF SAID DISAPPROVAL OR REVOKE ORDER.


CANCELLATION POLICY


CANCELLATION OF ORDER FROM OUR END I.E. BY TINTSR.COM


PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE MAY BE CERTAIN ORDERS THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT AND NEED TO BE CANCELLED FROM OUR END. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ANY ORDER FOR ANY REASON. SOME SITUATIONS THAT MAY RESULT IN YOUR ORDER BEING CANCELLED INCLUDE LIMITATIONS ON QUANTITIES AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE, INACCURACIES OR ERRORS IN PRODUCT OR PRICING INFORMATION, OR PROBLEMS IDENTIFIED BY OUR CREDIT AND FRAUD AVOIDANCE DEPARTMENT. 


WE MAY ALSO REQUIRE ADDITIONAL VERIFICATION OR INFORMATION BEFORE ACCEPTING ANY ORDER. WE WILL CONTACT YOU IF ALL OR ANY PORTION OF YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED OR IF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED TO ACCEPT YOUR ORDER. IF YOUR ORDER IS CANCELLED AFTER YOUR CREDIT CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED, THE SAID AMOUNT WILL BE REVERSED BACK IN YOUR CARD ACCOUNT.


IN THE EVENT THAT A NON-DELIVERY OCCURS ON ACCOUNT OF A MISTAKE BY YOU (I.E. INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE, INVALID AND/OR JUNK NAME OR SHIPPING ADDRESS) ANY EXTRA COST TOWARDS RE-DELIVERY SHALL BE CLAIMED FROM THE CUSTOMER PLACING THE ORDER.


CANCELLATION OF ORDER REQUEST PLACED BY THE CUSTOMER -


1.    CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED ONLY IF THE REQUEST IS MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PLACING AN ORDER. HOWEVER, THE CANCELLATION REQUEST WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED IF THE ORDERS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED OR COMMUNICATED TO THE VENDORS/MERCHANTS AND THEY HAVE INITIATED THE PROCESS OF SHIPPING THEM.


2.    NO CANCELLATIONS ARE ENTERTAINED FOR THOSE PRODUCTS THAT ARE OBTAINED ON SPECIAL OCCASIONS LIKE DIWALI, VALENTINE’S DAY ETC. THESE ARE LIMITED OCCASION OFFERS AND THEREFORE CANCELLATIONS ARE NOT POSSIBLE.


3.    TINTSR.COM DOES NOT ACCEPT CANCELLATION REQUESTS FOR THE ITEMS WHICH ARE UNDERGOING ANY KIND OF CUSTOMIZED OR BESPOKE DESIGNING.


REFUND POLICY


“REFUND POLICY” WILL APPLY EXCLUSIVELY ONLY TO THOSE PRODUCTS/ORDERS APPROVED/AGREED TO BE RETURNED OR CANCELLED BY US UNDER TERMS & CONDITIONS COVERED UNDER “RETURN POLICY” OR “CANCELLATION POLICY”.


REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED ONLY AFTER WE HAVE RECEIVED THE RETURNED SHIPMENT EXCEPT IF THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST IN TRANSIT.


POINTS TO NOTE WITH REGARDS TO REFUND POLICY:


1.    REFUNDS WOULD BE MADE FOR THE COST OF THE GOODS TO THE CREDIT /DEBIT CARD USED FOR ONLINE SHOPPING. HOWEVER, SHIPPING CHARGES IF INCURRED WOULD NOT BE REFUNDED EXCEPT WHERE TINTSR.COM HAS ERRONEOUSLY SENT YOU A WRONG ITEM / COLOR / SIZE.


2.    THE AMOUNT WOULD BE REFUNDED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS (EXCLUDING SATURDAY AND SUNDAY) FROM THE DATE OF RETURN OR CANCELLATION. PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENT THOROUGHLY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR REFUND AMOUNT. 


3.    FOR OUTRIGHT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATIONS BY YOU I.E. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOUR PRODUCT HAS SHIPPED, WE WILL REFUND THE ENTIRE AMOUNT.


4.    NO REFUNDS WILL BE ENTERTAINED IN CASE THE ORDERED PRODUCTS ARE OF BESPOKE OR CUSTOMIZED DESIGNS.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. After this point the User may cancel the Transaction unless it has been specifically provided for on the Platform. In which case, the cancellation will be subject to the terms mentioned on the Platform. We shall retain the discretion in approving any cancellation requests and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
Once you have received the product and/or service, the only event where you can request for a replacement or a return and a refund is if the product and/or service does not match the description as mentioned on the Platform. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. A User may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase made, by raising a ticket here or contacting us on seller+a211840d8be74a6898dde105c0512d16@instamojo.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request, including the exact terms that have been violated, along with any proof, if required. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
